Got a Misprint, Damage, or Defect?
If your Green Treck apparel arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective, don’t worry! We’ll replace it at no cost to you or issue a full refund. Just send us a photo of the issue within 30 days of receiving your order at contact@greentreck.store. Our team will get you sorted ASAP!

Incorrect Size Orders?
Please double-check our size charts before placing your order. If the fit isn’t right, you can return the original item (at your own expense) and place a new order for the correct size.

How to Return an Incorrect Size:

1. Contact Us: Email us at contact@greentreck.store within 5 days of receiving your order with the size you need.
2. Pack it Up: Ensure the item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging, with the packing slip inside.
3. Ship it Back: You’ll cover the return shipping costs and any applicable taxes. Please provide us with a tracking number.
4. New Order: While your return is in transit, feel free to place a new order for the correct size.
